This is an emphasis on female chests, boobs busts, melons, etc. In a way that is totally independent of beauty, shapeliness, size, etc. To be listed here implies nothing, except some kind of focus on boobs. So, if I think there is, by my opinion, a focus on boobs, I'll list it.
